We’ve built our delivery service around speed and flexibility, with same-day, 1-hour express, and midnight delivery all available across Dubai and we don’t charge extra for any of it. Here’s everything you need to know about how delivery works.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across Dubai, covering all major areas and communities. Whether you’re sending flowers to Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Marina, or anywhere else in the city, we’ve got you covered.

2. Free Delivery on Orders Above AED 299

Spend AED 299 or more, and delivery is completely free no matter which time slot or delivery speed you choose, including same-day, midnight and even our 1-hour express service.

3. Standard Delivery Charges

For orders below AED 299, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies. This covers delivery within any of our standard time slots throughout the day.

4. Same-Day Delivery

Need it today? Not a problem. We offer same-day delivery on orders placed within Dubai, so even last-minute surprises and forgotten occasions are easy to handle. Simply place your order before the cut-off time for your chosen slot, and we’ll take care of the rest.

5. 1 Hour Express Delivery

For those moments that really can’t wait, we offer 1-hour express delivery across Dubai completely free of charge. Whether it’s a last minute apology, a spontaneous surprise, or simply because you forgot the date, our riders will get your flowers there fast.

6. Midnight Delivery

Want your flowers to arrive right at the stroke of midnight? We offer midnight delivery between 11:01 PM and 11:59 PM, at no extra cost. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or any celebration that deserves a midnight surprise.

As shown above, same day, 1-hour express, and midnight delivery are all free of charge for every order with only our standard daytime slots carrying a small AED 25 fee for orders under AED 299.

8. Delivery Accuracy & Recipient Availability

To make sure your order reaches the right person at the right place, please double-check the recipient’s name, address, and contact number before checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact them and arrange a suitable alternative time.

9. Order Cut-Off Times

To guarantee delivery within your selected time slot, please place your order with enough time before the slot begins. For same-day and 1-hour express orders, earlier ordering always gives us the best chance of getting your flowers there exactly when you need them.
